If you need to make a reservation for a large party, DON'T! Go somewhere else. We were there with a reservation for a party of 30. This was an engagement party for friends who had just gotten engaged. My friend had the whole thing planned out. He made the reservation days in advance, told his girlfriend they were having dinner for his step-dads birthday. He proposed on the way to the restaurant and the dinner was a surprise to her. Their family and friends were there to celebrate with them. We get there and they had one waiter for us and he had other tables. This isn't a complaint on the one waiter, but it is a complaint on how management handled the preparation of our reservation. We arrived at 6 and were sat in the band area. We were told the band would start at 7:30 and we'd be expected to pay for it. We weren't there for the band, we didn't ask to be sat there. We said we should be done before 7:30. Well, 6:45 rolled around and we were finally asked if we wanted appetizers. I ordered one. Anyone who didn't, wasn't asked if they wanted to order a meal. 7:00 I got my appetizer. Still was not asked about a meal. 7:10 the friends who the party was for still wasn't asked if they wanted to order and they left. Myself and a few others paid for what we recieved and left with them. I called and spoke to a manger. As I was explaining to her the service we got, she cut me off and said they were short staffed. I told her we had a reservation, they knew we was coming, they should have done something. She said there was nothing they could do because some people called out. I told her she had a party walk out because of the lack of service. She said sorry we're short staffed, but she had a attitude in her voice, and she hung up. There were other waiters there. If they had 2 scheduled for us and 1 called out, they should've put someone who was there with us as well. I've worked food service, I understand being short staffed, but you don't let your reservation of 30 suffer while the rest of the restaurant patrons are getting served. You rework things so that everyone gets service. I won't be back.

Have been here 3 times. First 2 visits (September 14 and September 28) everything was good, this last time (Oct 6) not so much. 1st: they didn't have the beer that we normally order; ordered something else. Not a big deal but thought it strange...also, another table next to ours was told that they were out of a different brand of (very popular) beer. 2nd: wait staff wasn't available to take our order so the hostess took it, after we'd waited 10-15 minutes. Waitress showed up and 'confirmed' our order. . .food came out in a reasonable amount of time -- too bad ithe order was incorrect. The waitress finally got everything squared away. Food tasted okay. 3rd: the amount billed for our food was 20% higher than what was listed on the menu. Got several different explanations, none of which made any sense, and the manager for whatever reason didn't stop by the table to explain it (after we asked waitstaff to address the issue with the manager). So, what WAS a pretty good establishment turned into a won't go back or recommend to anyone establishment.
